HARBEL Community Organization Grant Opportunities
President's Message:
As everyone is well aware, we are still dealing with some tough
economic times. However, this is the exact reason why each business must
do what they can to attract new customers and, equally important, attract
new complimenting businesses to increase foot traffic for all of us.
We are currently preparing for the Hamilton Festival & Car Show on
July 31, 2010. Please take a look at your business and property. Does your
store front need a fresh coat of paint? Is your sign faded or do your windows
and awnings need to be cleaned? This would be a good time to get it done.
If you are looking to do a more extensive face lift, remember Hamilton-Lauraville
Main Street has $3,000.00 in matching Facade Grants available. Please contact

To help get the message out that we are “OPEN for business”
HLMS will have the new 2010/11 business directory ready in time for
the Hamilton Festival. The initial print run is 5,000 copies, and will also
be distributed at the Tuesday Markets, community association meetings,
and thru local business. Thanks to all who purchased ads and made the
directory project a success.
